Request water softener service
If a softener or line is leaking, call. For a new system, a replacement or water testing, send a request and a local company will call you back.
Before you call
It helps to have:
- Your address, so the right local company gets your request
- Your water source: City of Kingman, a district or utility, a private well, or hauled water
- What you need: a new softener, a repair, a replacement, a filter or drinking water
- The brand and age of your current softener, if you have one
- Where the unit is or would go: garage, outside wall, closet or utility room
Softener leaking? Put the unit in bypass, or close the house shutoff valve if the leak is on the main line, and unplug the control head until someone can look at it.
